By using RederzOn, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.
2. User Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for securing your account and all activity under it. Report unauthorized usage immediately.
3. Intellectual Property
All site content, media, branding, and designs belong to RederzOn or its partners. You may not copy, reuse, or distribute any part without permission.
4. Borrowing Limits
Your plan determines how many books you can borrow. You cannot borrow beyond your plan's limit. If your plan expires, borrowing will be disabled.
5. Subscription Expiry
After your plan ends, all books must be returned within 7 days. Failure to return may result in late fees or deposit deductions.
6. Return Policy & Late Fees
Books must be returned within your plan period. Late returns incur a ₹10/day/book fine. After 10+ days, the book is considered lost, and the cost is deducted from your deposit.
7. Book Damage Policy
If a book is returned damaged (e.g., torn, wet, scribbled), we may deduct a penalty or replacement fee from your deposit. Report damage within 24 hours of delivery.
8. Security Deposit
A refundable deposit is collected upon plan activation. Deductions apply for lost/damaged books or repeat delays. The remaining deposit is refunded when all books are returned and the account is closed.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services means you accept the updated terms.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for policy violations, failure to return books, or misuse.
